Marriott Traveler Online Magazine

Creative + Content Director of Marriott’s first editorial platform organized by city–Marriott Traveler, winning Digiday’s Best New Publication in 2016. Launched in March 2015, my vision was to create a site that gives you access to the most unique local experiences that you can’t find anywhere else and driven by time–an hour, a day, 3 days. I developed:
• Positioning
• Content + brand guidelines
• Conceived and managing editor of the 105 content topics + types for each city that include video, animated gifs infographics, blogs and listicles

• Look/feel
• Content flow
• Responsible for ideating video topics, talent and music, branding, bumpers and end cards for all videos
• Liaise with influencer talent, writers, and their production teams in shaping stories and ideas.
• Developed scripts and produced video content

During this project I oversaw a team of producers, writers, art directors, editors and was the managing editor pre-launch. Marriott Traveler won Digiday’s 2016 Award for best new publication.
